Changed your mind or just picked the wrong colour/size? Not a problem.

1. Easy Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unused (not taken on walks), with its tag and in its original packaging.
• Excludes personalized items like Name Tags, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Get Started

To request a return or exchange, simply:

1. Email us at info@kibblesco.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Include your order number, details, and concerns (photos if there’s a defect or damage).
3. Our friendly team will guide you through the next steps!

3. Return Shipping

• We understand shipping can be a pain, but we'll cover the return postage! We'll issue you with a return postage label so that you're not out of pocket :)

4. Refunds

We get it—sometimes you change your mind! Here’s how we can help:

• Swap Your Item: If you’d like to exchange your item for something else from our store, we’re happy to adjust the value accordingly.
• Store Credit: Prefer to wait? We can issue a store credit for the purchase amount, so you can shop at your convenience.

We understand sending it back to us can be a pain, but we'll cover the return postage!

5. Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem! Here’s how exchanges work:

• We’ll send your replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.
• Items must be unused (not worn on walks), with their tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
• Personalised items, like Name Tags, cannot be exchanged.
• If your requested replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund for the item instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know at info@kibblesco.com within 30 days. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund—your choice!
