You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unused (not taken on walks), with its tag and in its original packaging.
- Excludes personalized items like Name Tags, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return or exchange, simply:

- Include your order number, details, and concerns (photos if there’s a defect or damage).
- Our friendly team will guide you through the next steps!
3. Return Shipping
- We understand shipping can be a pain, but we'll cover the return postage! We'll issue you with a return postage label so that you're not out of pocket :)
4. Refunds

What is the Personalised Name Tag and how to I Customise it?
Every Harness Includes a unique name tag Customised with your dog's name. Simply add your dog's name at checkout and we'll ensure it's included in your set.
What if the Harness I get doesn't fit?
No worries, we get it. Even after measuring you dog according to our size chart, some dogs are just in between sizes... that's why we offer hassle free returns and exchanges! How does this Harness stop my dog from Pulling?
If your Dog loves to pull when on walks, attach your leash to the front D-Ring on the harness. This innovative design helps gently guide your dog to the side when they pull, naturally discouraging the behaviour without causing discomfort. It promotes better control and encourages your dog to stay by your side for a more enjoyable and relaxed walking experience. Like most training tools, it does require a period of time for your pup to get used to the Harness and its function :)
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Us our size chart (click the "Size Chart" button next to the Colour Option) to find the perfect fit. Measure your Dogs' chest and neck, then match it to the corresponding size. If you're between sizes, choose the larger option for comfort.
Is the Harness Durable enough for active dogs?
Yes! Our harnesses are made with high-quality materials, reinforced stitching, and a bungee leash to withstand daily use, including jogging, hiking and playful pups.
